Traditional Catalan cuisine restaurant located in a historic masía, focused on local produce, the gastronomic experience, and management oriented toward efficiency and sustainability. Acting as Interim F&B Director, our intervention focused on:
- Restructuring the gastronomic offering to align it with the positioning of the masía.
- Negotiating and closing strategic agreements with suppliers, improving both product costs and quality.
- Implementing operational and administrative improvements, from kitchen and front-of-house processes to economic and financial controls.
An intervention aimed at stabilizing operations, enhancing the guest experience, and maximizing the project’s economic profitability.
